        Lost my pants, took months to get a hold of someone to make a claim. I was told they would send me a check. It's been a month since they said they would send a check. Only go here if you want your clothes to get lost and pay for it.

        Do not take your UPS packages here. Worker was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. Sign on window said go to Drive Thru and it was blocked by a delivery truck. Store not considerate of customer's time.

However, we regret to inform you that we have been unable to locate any evidence of the alleged incident through our internal investigation process. Additionally, we have been in communication with UPS regarding this matter, and they have confirmed an ongoing investigation on their end as well. In light of this situation, we want to inform you that we have canceled our UPS service. We understand your frustration with this, and we take these allegations seriously.
