        Daniel J. Ross represented a friend. He failed to meet his professional, ethical and contractual obligations.. Examples of his misconduct included: repeated failure to communicate, unnecessary number of continuances without informing his client, funds entrusted to him not properly accounted for, retaliatory behaviors/actions taken against his client when concerns were voiced. Response to Mr. Ross- Not a fraudulent account, true & accurate review and your claim of extortion is completely false. No fear.

        He represented my best friend and I witnessed his horrible performance in court at my best friends sentencing. On top of him neglecting her while she was in jail and never answered her phone calls and lied to her on multiple occasions. Save your money and find another lawyer!

      Thankfully all sentencings, and in this case, a guilty plea, are on the record and under oath. That record includes your friend's sworn statements that she was very satisfied with my services. Further my numerous visits with her and her family are documented. She was not neglected nor "lied to" by me or my office, nor did she ever make that claim. When the evidence is overwhelming as to a client's guilt, our job may be damage control, as it was in her case. My past results have proven we are very effective at what we do in providing zealous defenses for our clients, even in the face of strong evidence of guilt. She received an amazing result and was sentenced well below the median sentence for the offense to which she confessed and of which she was convicted.
