Rogers Sporting Goods Corporate Office

I have used RSG for quite some time and have never been disappointed. Despite a solid sales base across many states and being in the corporate world, the Team (to me) has not lost it's dedication to the consumer. I recently ordered several boxes of the Holy Grail ammo for a 357 SIG and 40 S & W. The .40 arrived with 357 MAG. I double checked my email confirmation and sales receipt to make sure I did not mess up and it was indeed SIG I ordered. A call to customer service and I was connected to Bill. We looked everything over together over the phone and he said he would have to call me back because something was not adding up. The next day, Bill called me back and informed me that marketing had incorrectly SIG instead of MAG and that although I thought I was ordering the former, i received the latter. NO worries says Bill, we got some additional ammo on the way!! Problem solved. I have never had a negative experience with RSG and will continue to use them. Thank you Bill for the assistance.

Rogers is awesome! Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff! Every time Im in store they make it a point to ask me how Im doing and have a conversation. Been buying from them my whole life and will continue to do so!
