William, Grant, and Ryan of Trades Co. are terrific to work with. Skilled, great attention to detail, wise design and quality advice that helped us get what we wantedand some extraswithin budget. Older buildings like our South Plaza condo arent easy. You never know what youll find during demo. New hard surface flooring and vapor barrier over the existing poured concrete floors (firm, quiet, warm!), excellent trim work, new vanities and sleek toiletsbathrooms feel brand new. Tub out, tile shower in. The recessed lighting Ryan added (slim fixtures fitted under roof beams) and contemporary ceiling fans are the cherries on top. You can be confident in contracting with this team. They communicate. They do it right. They deliver.

We recently bought a house that needed a bit of updating. We were guided through the process by William and his team in an expert and professional manner.
