Sam The Concrete Man Kansas City

Broke fence, refused to fix. Got up in my face and said "what do you want to do about it". Then said he isn't comfortable sending someone to fix the work because I used profanity when telling him to leave after getting in my face. Horribly unprofessional - concrete work is great, but that is just contracted out to a guy named Frank. Great concrete, horrible ownership. Good luck if the job doesn't go according to plan, because they get a real attitude when you ask them to fix things they break.

Vince and Nick were great as well as the whole crew! Very professional! They did a wonderful job we are extremely happy with the project. The price was very fair a couple of unexpected issues came up and our bill did not change. They also cleaned everything up nicely! We would definitely recommend this company and we would use them again.

Wonderful experience turning and ugly back yard into a beautiful stamped concrete patio. Nick planned and designed the patio, and Christian and the crew laid and stamped the concrete perfectly. Nick was always easy to get ahold of, and responsive when weather created dela;ys. We could not be more pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend Sam The Concrete Man. We hired Sam the Concrete man to demo and pour a huge elevated porch and two sets of rounded stairs in our historic home in Valentine. Nick and Frank were amazing to work with!! Great with communication, the crew showed up on time and worked hard all day every day til the job was done. The final product is gorgeous. Great attention to detail and exactly what we wanted. I will definitely hire again for any future concrete work.
