        I was in store and all of the shirts that are offered are a boxy shape : has a straight seam down the side. Shirt options used to have narrower in the waist/sides. I am not the only person complaining about this, as there was an older woman in the store complaining about the exact same thing. Also, the socks are a "one-size fits all", which only caters to what feels like what would fit only a man. The heel part of the socks pulls up past the heel.

        My wife placed an order the night of the Super Bowl victory. Over a hundred dollars in merchandise. We have received no updates for three and a half weeks despite our efforts. Nobody to talk to. Just an unattended email address. We continue to be ignored. I truly expect more from a landmark company in Kansas City like Charlie Hustle. Update: It was never delivered. Our order shows Label Created and that UPS hasnt received the package yet. Its been that way since 2/15.
