Metro pcs customer support is the absolute worst by far that I have ever seen. I am switching service providers because they are commiting illegal acts on peoples accounts because metro continues to outsource and care nothing for their customers. There is no accountability for these vindictive Criminals. I payed my bill today even got the confirmation text message. Called and spoke to a supervisor by the name of siy and she refused to remove the $10 fake charge on my device so I can get service. I already reported them to the FCC earlier today because I requested a extension. I've had maybe 5 extensions since I've been with metro in 2014.. I've had an extension but needed my phone for work and get paid at 3am. Well, of course like the scams coming out of India they care nothing for the customer. Upon waiting for one of the supervisor after being hung up on and lied to about their names. Conveniently they are from India and all have American names.. I look at my bill and notice all the taxes I'm being charged are Arizona taxes and I live in Missouri. None of the support agents would even bother with it even though I have Missouri numbers and pay my bill in Missouri. After all of that and having to pay my bill before I actually had the money to do so I then realize I'm being charged $10 no one can explain and will not remove. I will be switching all devices to another service provider subpoena all calls reporting them to the FCC and the BBBas well as reviews on every site I can think of. Then I'm taking them to small claims court.. I have never been treated so horribly by customer support. Only Metro would show how they truly value their customers by outsourcing to India were literally 80%+ of the scams come from putting their customers at risk beyond a slap in the face to their customers and to top it off never holding them accountable for how they treat their customers and never reaching out to the customers judging by all the reviews across many sites to even offer an apology. It is time we the consumer put these crooks out of business by going to other service providers and not spending our hard earned money with them. The is unacceptable how many terrible reviews are coming out about METRO PCS. DONT WALK AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS....RUUUNNN....
