Sheryl. Since you have been coming to us for over 20 years we have been generous enough to you with discounts and top of the line services. Since we were not able to work on your vehicle we were left with no choice but to reschedule. We have no problem reimbursing your payment for annual cleaning that we no longer have the obligation to do so because of impatience. Any other company would have done a job just to get your vehicle back to you in poor conditions and that is just not what we do. You don't admit the fact that after all of these years there is a reason why you would choose us for vehicle cleaning. Quality! As mentioned to your assistant that called us this morning. We have issued a reimbursement. This slander from you is appalling and out of character. We have gone out of our way for you and your family many years to see it come to this. You have many other choices to do business with and there is a reason you come to us and saddened by behavior. It was nice knowing and doing business in the past. But, this is where we draw the line. Not a hard sell. It was to help keep your vehicle clean throughout the year like you have been for 20 years. This is not the first time. We were unable to get to your vehicle and did mention we would try. Vehicle would have been two days of work. Normal price on particular vehicle would have cost you 1000.00 alone. Think about the savings we extended to you. 100.00 Express Detail once a month there after. Not to include the 400.00 wax we were offering your daughter's vehicle since you only had the Interior done. What we offered was only made to your family. We have taken care of your vehicles for years. You had your assistant call for a refund and it is being refunded. You will see actual cost when you go elsewhere for cleaning. These reviews are unbecoming of who you are. Just received message from bank that check that was issued to you as a requested refund has been cashed.The fact that you have been coming to us for 20 years speaks volumes in itself.  Your actions in wanting your vehicle to go before others is no other than entitlement, selfishness, and compelling. Every customer has received the utmost respect and courtesy from us. We are saddened by your actions and Evan's whomsoever he may be, to try and smear and discredit a perfect rating for a small successful business. For the record you were receiving twice the amount of credit for the price you were paying for services because it is what we do for customers that we built a longstanding relationship with. Your rating is invalid. You already received refund requested. That said. We wish you well Sheryl Vickers.

Evan. First of all to write a review when you were not the one who made a transaction with us is in poor taste. A refund has been processed although actual client did not have the patience to get vehicle scheduled in. As a matter of fact vehicle was dropped off when we were closed on the weekend and out of town. Not to mention had a waiting list before said vehicle. Package is hence the word "annual". Work requested could have been performed with allotted time within a year. Unfortunately, client you are speaking for did not have the patience to wait. There is a reason we have been in business over 20 years and have over 500 return customers. Your review, although you have no business in writing one is appalling and immature on your part. A refund as requested has been issued but certainly not to you. One question. Did you have any business writing a bad review when you had no dealings with our business? The answer is NO!
