        KC Customs just installed retractable running boards on my Bronco. I couldnt be happier! They are friendly and professional, and their showroom is worth the trip alone! I highly recommend KC Customs!

        They were too quick to set up an appointment for something they didn't have the knowledge to work on. They did lead me to a more reputable shop that listened to what I needed and completed the work.

        Darren is awesome!!! Old school Customer service driven amazing dude. Thank god!!! They are lucky to have him. I walked in clueless about what to do, he worked through so many options for me and communicated like the way it was used to get done. Expects to make a fair profit but wants customers happy! Just so pleased

      Keith,I believe there was a communication error when you called about having us check your leaking air bag out. I set an appoint to diagnose your issue and my mistake for the misunderstanding that this wasn't an air bag helper spring setup on a truck. However You didn't explain it was a car with aftermarket air ride suspension. I don't feel that your 1 star review is really a fair assessment and I hope you realize how such reviews can hurt a small business like ours. -Respectfully, James C., owner
