        Horrible service every time I come here whether I go through the drive through or go inside. The lady in the drive through tonight had a bad attitude with me and the other customers. The bread is either old or they are out and she is very rude when you ask any questions. Very disappointing because my family loves Panera bread but this location is awful. Dont go here

        Not terrible I suppose, unfortunately they have A. Changed their menu (they got rid of their panini press) and the soups tasted canned now. B. They have gotten rid of the upscale fast casual sit down cafe feel and all Panera's now have a McDonald's Taco Bell vibe. I will generally choose McAlister's or schlotzsky's anymore. I HATE it when restaurants try and cut corners thinking their customers won't care or are too stupid to notice.
