Hi Marcus, I appreciate your interest in our Power Learn program and wanted to respond to make sure you have the right information. The cost of the program is actually $24,000 for the 12-week program rather than what you stated. It looks like you may have been confused about a few other items as well. Our promise to our Apprentices is a guaranteed 60-day internship at DCG or one of Microsoft cohort partners. These internships are the Apprentice's opportunity to prove their value and receive an offer of permanent employment at the partner company. We pay you a living wage during the internship period and provide you with the interviews and training to get placed as an intern. That said most of our Apprentices this year have been directly placed with a partner with a minimum salary of $48K - $53K which is pre-negotiated with our partners. While we do not guarantee a permanent placement, our placement rate is currently at over 95%. If you would like to talk with one of our graduates or learn more about how you can be assessed for acceptance into the program, we are happy to accommodate you. Keep in mind this is a difficult program to be accepted into as we are only going to accept those individuals, we sincerely believe will be successful in the program and be placed with a partner in a permanent position. As you allude to in your comments, there would be no reason to spend the money and go through the 12 weeks of intense training and lab work if you were not going to be placed in a permanent position.
