Going on 4 months and I still can't get a refund for returned decking. The guy everyone loves in the reviews they actually keep, has told me it's taken care of at least 20 times at this point. Worst retail experience I've had in a long time if not ever. Mon thru Friday 9 to 5 makes returning product a nightmare. Pricing isn't really competitive either. I did get quoted the wrong color so I thought it was competitively priced only to find out they wanted more money than what was available elsewhere during the ordering process. Also got some bad info about the products being used that didn't even remotely work out as stated. I'm a homeowner though, maybe these guys just don't care unless it's repeat contractors.

They've been very helpful in navigating materials and brands for our deck project. Jake is an awesome resource. He's an expert in giving you an accurate materials bid an recommendations.

Couldn't be more pleased with a company I was doing business with. I'm building a deck, on my own, and KC Deck Supply has helped walk me through the entire process. Jake always has a friendly reply to the multitude of questions I have. These days it's rare to have a friendly experience during every interaction but I did here. Even up to my delivery, it was 10 to 5 on a Friday when he rolled in, I thought he'd be racing to drop and get out of there. He helped get the material as close to where I needed it as possible since I'd be dragging it around on my own. I did a LOT of research on material and prices. I went to Lowes, HD, Menards, Sutherlands and Owens lumber, but the best was KC Deck Supply. Save yourself time and go here!! Composite decking prices were comparable at all locations, just depends on what you want. I found that the lumber prices were lower here though. Not sure if they sell #1 or #2 decking but either one seems about the same anymore.
