Went into my local Sutherland's in NM new Mexico rude customer service asked for a product was told go look for it tried looking for it returned to desk a second time I asked an you help me find it if it's not out in the floor we don't have it check back in two weeks was very rude uncaring and this company doesn't even go or veterans discounts what a joke and such a shame

The employees at the Cameron , MO store are not professional, knowledgable or willing to help. It seems to be a fun game of who can be the most rude to make the other employees laugh.
Last year I went in to buy a bad boy mower, they were irritated when I asked for questions to help me decide which mowers was best for me. I purchased at $16,000 Rogue from the Raytown store. This year I asked a group of employees chatting if they serviced bad boy mowers and a male in the group said no I dont. Their was a roar of laughter and I thanked them and walked to my truck. After a long pause a female employee in the group yelled yes we do and the male responded, but I dont.
I spoke with Tim and he advised there was no wait and I could bring my bad boy in today. The 72 inch Rogue would not fit on my flat trailer or in the stock trailer. I called and spoke to Cheyeene to see if I could rent a trailer and provided the above challenge getting my mower in for repair. She advised her trailer was $200 a day rental and they didnt rent it by the hour. I explained I only lived 5 miles down the road. I realized I was on speaker phone when I heard. A female laughing and Cheyenne told me that was going to be an expensive trip for me ($400). I asked if she had a trailer that was at least 72 inches wide. I was on hold for 20 minutes, she advised they were measuring the trailer?
I called and spoke to Tim who advised it was only a $15 delivery fee for them to pick up and deliver the mower but I would have to come to the store and pay. I did and BOB called and came out to pick up the mower. He arrived with a trailer the mower wouldnt fit on and advised he would come back. He later called and advised their lift is only 66 inches and they couldnt service my mower. They still kept my delivery fee. I called the Raytown store and they charge a $145 delivery fee.
