They rescheduled 3 times at the last minute (which, I'll point out that had I done the same, I would have been responsible to pay the cancellation fee) on my FIRST appointment, so I never went in. Della was the stylist that kept rescheduling. I finally told the front desk that if Della wanted me as client, she could rearrange her schedule to fit me in. Never heard back. Don't recommend. I went to Lumine instead and got a great haircut, as scheduled, without the hassle!

I called on a later afternoon Thurs. for new client inquiry for hair color and cut. I was told I needed to schedule a 15 minute consult before appt for hair color/cut and to be sure to know there is a $20 fee for cancelled appointments....and I have to give my credit card now over the phone. She scheduled me next day Fri. early afternoon for the 15 minutes. I thought she said 1:30. Apparently she said 1:15. She called me Fri. at 1:25 when I was on my way for what I thought was 1:30 appt. to let me know I missed it and they will charge $20. So in less than 24 hours they made $20 from my interest in their salon and because I mis-heard a 15 minute appointment time by 15 minutes. Too unkind and unforgiving place for my business.
