It was my first time at amazing lash and I will not be going back. They charged me $100 for my first set, as stated.. but what they fail to inform you is they charge an extra $65. They charge this as a different transaction on the card that is on file. They were rude when I called and told me they could not refund me anything, even when I was not being told I was charged that $65. They said they could refund $25 toward a fill only. It is a rip off, Do not waste your money

I got my lashes done the other day. First of all, my mom, sister, and I made an appointment for all of us on a Friday. When we got there we were told only one appointment was made because of employee issues. We understood that things happen. So we decided that my sister would get her lashes done at that appointment and we made an appointment for me the next day. Because we were only in town for two days, my mom couldnt get an appointment for herself. When I got my lashes, my technician was very nice. I dont blame her, but she spent the whole time being very precise and meticulous on the left eye and spent 20 minutes on my right eye. Before I even left the studio, I was really sad that my right eye wasnt as filled in as the left. I was worried that my technician had a deadline or something and that was why she rushed through the end so I didnt want to have to go under the tape again to fix it. So I just went home with it. I have been taking really good care to do all of the things I was told to and not to do to my lashes, but 5 days later my right eye was almost completely bare. However, I love how my left eye looks and it has held up, so I feel like theres something wrong with what happened to the right eye. I am trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I am pretty frustrated. I attached photos I took progressively. Sorry for the blurriness. There was also redness and irritation to only my right eye as you can see in the beginning photos.
