This place is absolutely terrible. They kind of remind me of an interment camp. They check to see whom has the most money and then puts them to the chopping block.
For example: I met with Tiffany at the firm and she is a nice lady and explained things the way the firm would tell her to explain them.
After a few months of making my payment the situation all of a sudden escalated from $1400 per month to $2200 per month. In this time I argued with my attorney that this is illogical and should not be the case.
They then allowed my case to be dismissed before the court based on no evidence that I should pay an additional $800 per month.
It was a fun process to see the balloon payments and if anyone wants a balloon payment I would be happy to show how I was treated by this firm! It was pretty disgusting really but they ultimately made me pay about 12k and my bankruptcy was still dismissed. But they still wanted more money at the end. Lol!
I even sent emails saying that I am a professional in my industry and I would never ask a customer for more money until the job was complete.
Hire these people and your bankruptcy will never be complete.
