Always very helpful when needed. I do most online and most deposits are auto.

I was reminded why I don't bank here anymore. Trying to spread some Christmas cheer with depositing money, cash money, into my parents' account. Nope, "we don't take cash deposits from non bankers of chase. If you get a money order or cashiers check, then we can take it." Yeah, spend more money and time to take cash and turn it into a check. Way to go chase, merry Christmas scrooge.

Never in the years I have with Chase have I had such an unpleasant experience with a member of their staff, I went to ask if I could open an account for my son and they said yes, they checked my accounts, my information and told me what documents to present I brought them all, while I was at the bank, he asked me for documentation that he had not required for me, my wife had to bring them, so that later she told me that I had to close my personal checking account, then open a new one to be able to open another one for me. Son, he also told me that if it was easier for me to open one myself online, or that if I wanted I could close my personal and business accounts and open new accounts with another bank... terrible service, I can't generalize because the Most of the Chase employees are very friendly, this person takes all the awards for arrogance... AVOID GOING ON YOUR appointments WITH CARLOS MORALES..
