Chase Bank

I had the WORST day ever , but had finally got a check from my old internet provider that I had overpaid . It was $500 and Walmart in liberty ( who always sucks ) wouldn't cash it .. I called chase bank and the lady over the phone was so friendly and positive and inviting . When I got there every teller I encountered was the same way. ... even though I was stressed and raggedy lookin they didn't look at me crazy or make me feel crazy . :)

I just looked up the reviews two years ago a professional truck driver wrote that the address was incorrect and he is absolutely right I’m glad I looked at the review before I got there the actual address on my GPS or Google was different from the GPS just in case anybody wants to know the closest to that bank address is 8388 N. Booth Ave., Kansas City, MO and not the one that’s actually listed on the website. So many thanks to the driver that took the time to post this and for me to look into it

This branch manager exceeded every expectation and then some. Highly recommend this branch to fix what was a major headache!
