        I've been a credit card customer of this bank for over five years. I've paid my entire balance monthly, and never missed or been late on a payment. However, when you try to increase the credit limit they treat you like they never heard of you. Their customer service is an oxymoron. It appears that they have outsourced their customer relations, and they stink. Frankly, they don't care, and apparently, they don't have to.
