I really had a hard time with my internet....I would like to commend Katy in customer service we finally figure out after very many attempts online banking issues it was frustrating but she was very patient and kind....she got it figured out good girl!!!!!! it's people like this who ate proud of there work!!!!!

My mother has a bank account with this bank( for years) and had most disappointed expenses of discrimination. And to prove this point I asked them to do a forensic accounting of the last time she ever had a particular type of check and the amount that they gave her on top of the amount of the balance of her account at the time and they refuse to because they know that they were in the wrong. We've made arrangements to bring this to the attention of the banking authorities and to the NAACP. If you have a bank account at this particular Bank branch or a bank account with this Bank in general I would suggest you move it to a more friendlier environment that gives you the respect that you and your money deserve. Horrible customer service, rude tellers, and the least friendly atmosphere of any bank I have ever entered, are just a few of the wonderful attributes this bank has to offer

If you have less than $100 in a savings account over time kiss that money goodbye in fees to keep it open because it cost fees to keep other accounts open. Community America down the road its much better and would recommend you to go there.
