I can not thank Jessica Frankie enough for everything she has done to get me approved and in my DREAM home ! I was a bit nervous calling at first as I was new to the process as being self employed and wasnt sure what to expect . When Jessica greeted me and introduced herself she was extremely professional, easy to talk to and very patient. She presented some great options for myself and thoroughly explained the entire process involved. She made sure I was kept in the loop during every step from start to finish. I had an extremely positive experience with Jon at NASB throughout my entire home-buying process. Jon was very upfront and transparent from beginning to end. He was very responsive on emails, texts and calls. NASB's online portal was very easy to use as well. We were done with everything a week before our closing date and did not have to scramble for anything because we followed the outlined timeline. I would recommend Jon to any homebuyer, you hear horror stories about lenders all the time but Jon made the process simple and easy.
