        Local ford dealer was going to charge me $3800 for a repair on our MKX. Went to Northtown and they knew before looking at it that it was a software issue, ($90). Take your Lincoln to a Lincoln dealer. Service: Air conditioning

        I have had only positive experiences at Northtowne Lincoln. Their service department is friendly, quick, and customer-oriented. They never perform repairs without calling first to confirm. They will offer suggestions of other services needed, but are never pushy. Prices are fair and service is reliable. I've been very happy with them so far.
