        bigger fella tested my battery here and they told me it was bad so I would buy a new one. Figured out the battery wasn't the issue and went to return with a receipt and had called asap after purchasing to confirm with manager I could return the battery incase that wasn't the fix. When I came back with my receipt I was met by some bigger fellow with glasses and a bad attitude saying I couldn't return the battery nor get my old one back, that he had wrapped it up and shipped it out within the 24 hours I was there (yeah right). I can tell when someone's being lazy and doesn't want to do their job so I asked another younger store associate and he quickly and politely help me return my battery and retrieve my old already working battery from the back the older fellow had lied about being shipped off.
