Mike is very personable and will take the time to ensure you understand what's happening. Although all court cases could go better. Mike was prompt, friendly and made the process simple/easy.

Called to schedule an appointment for assistance with filling out documentation for a Civil Lawsuit. I mentioned that I had the MetLife Law assistance insurance. He stated that I should try calling "the other ones on the list". I stated that I had and was told they weren't available for about a month. He said he had "...court dates for the next few weeks and don't have availability for 2 or 3 weeks...but not really...and are you sure you called EVERYBODY?" So I said, 'I'll call someone else." He quickly said, "okay thanks." And hung up before I could remove the phone from my ear. I gave 2 stars because his tone stayed neutral while he was indirectly telling me he didn't want to do it.
