Chase Bank

I got yelled at by the girl at the counter that I "wasn't a customer." Meanwhile my payroll checks get deposited into the chase account that I was holding the debit card for. I wasn't trying to withdraw, just exchange some bills. Needless to say my girl and I will be taking everything out mon and shopping for a new bank. Very bizarre experience.

Chase is difficult regardless. Big bank, don't care attitude. Unfortunately Samantha who is the branch manager perpetuates this attitude rather than trying to make it more personable. I rarely have to go inside a bank anymore but when I do I actively try to avoid this branch.

I had an excellent experience at Chase Bank. The establishment was welcoming and extremely clean which made me feel secure. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything to a T" and navigated me through the process. I was in and out feeling completely satisfied with my service. I would strongly suggest backing with Chase.
