        I would not recommend NBKC as a mortgage lender to anyone. Nobody wants to have to plan for the worst, but our basement flooded one month after we purchased our home and the NBKC loss department has been a nightmare to work with. They've held every insurance check at every step, take forever to respond and it's simply because their name is included on the checks. We haven't done anything wrong yet feel like we're being punished.

        This has to be the 10th or 11th financial process I have had with Dave Nichols. He has been great or I would not keep coming back. Dave has been a valuable resource for me for over 11 years. Through refinancing. Selling. Buying or just asking advice. Thanks Dave. Even though the underwriter this time asked a bit more than I am used to and was a PIA(sarcasm). I will be back again as soon as these stupid rates fall.

        Working with NBK Bank was great, but working with Mike Limback was amazing! Mike Limback is such a great asset to this bank. He was kind, thoughtful and respectful. Most importantly, he was always available to answer our millions of questions. He was available anytime we reached out, and was quick to calm us down anytime we had a freak out. Hes a great guy and we are very grateful that he handled our loan.
