    This company is a rip off. Their service call is twice as much as other companies. They came out to diagnose and repair our dryer. Their estimate was twice what other companies quoted and was wrong! They try to lure seniors in with 20% off. Dont be fooled.

    They did a great job! Easy to schedule, quick and clean. They went above and beyond what I have experienced in the past with Able Appliance. I scheduled online and they double checked that they had the part before arrive the very next day. Great communication about when they would arrive and what they would be replacing while there.

    I had this man in for a genuine thing as my electricity was out because the meter on the back of the house fried and there was no service after that. They told me I needed an electrician. I picked this company because it said senior and I assumed that would mean a little cheaper as I am a senior and on a limited income. He showed up on time and went downstairs where the breaker box is. He removed 4 screws and ran a meter of some sort over the breakers and said they were ok and replaced the 4 screws and shut the breaker box and threw the main breaker and came upstairs. He was here a total of 15 minutes. Our lights were on and he held out his hand and said $550. What do you do when he held out his hand demanded $550. I paid him. I have since found out $150 would have been about right. This man is a rip off person for seniors. When my daughter called he said she was rude and he could charge ANY thing he wanted. He has passed Evergy tests so the union won't do anything. Please beware of this man's charges and he won't be considerate of your ability to pay. Service: Electrical power restoration

    I was impressed by the knowledge and transparency Richard provided for my fridge that stopped cooling. He was able to identify the compressor as the problem, explain to me how they determined that, and consulted on potential options for next steps for repairing vs buying a new fridge. He also walked me through what error I would have received if it were the electrical board and what installation requirements there are around new compressors. I feel so much more informed in my decision whether to repair or replace the fridge. I plan to use them for future appliance repair and electrical needs based on how great my experience was.

    We had just replaced our garbage disposal and found out the next day our dishwasher was not draining. I reached out to this company for suggestions about what to do, they were so helpful and gave an estimate for a new drain pump if needed. Their price was also reasonable. Will use them for future!

Every company is different, you called and a technician was there within an hour you wanted dryer fixed same day, you have to pay for the service you’re not the only customer that wanted their stuff fixed same day. Dryer not heating due to defective dryer burner igniter total repair cost $478.96 remaining balance $359.96 Remaining balance with Senior Discount Added includes diagnostic ($119) already paid, appliance labor normally $249 with Senior Discount ($189), cost of part needed 5318EL3001A ($110.90), 90 days warranty on part ($41.47),sales tax ($18.59) as well as repairing your existing gas dryer. You paid someone else half the price plus the $119 service fee you paid how much did you spent all together. Have a great day!!!!!!

Miss Karen you were upset because the Senior Discount was verbally told to you and not added to your receipt, after having no power at all in your home and the issue was resolved you expect not to be charge for a major repair. If the main breaker had to be replaced you would’ve been charged for the labor paid along with the cost of the main breaker. You were upstairs and your husband was standing next to me. I told him the possibilities of the outcome and showed him the issue, he went upstairs to confirm with you twice then I said to him you don’t trust me to fix issue. You and your husband tried to give me additional stuff to look at, I responded by telling you the truth that the breaker was tripped however you will be charged the labor cost since it’s a major repair if there is any issues within 30 days we will come to repair free of charge, the original cost was then subtracted with 20% Senior Discount. You are still upset due to your daughter telling you you shouldn’t have paid. If you had the main breaker replaced the cost would be more and you would still be upset due to me doing my job fast. You were so respectful to me and told me you liked my work, what happened your daughters opinion changed your perspective about me.
