        Dyes Appliance was very quick to get us on the schedule, professional, and easily assessed and fixed the problem with our dryer. Technician was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. We would absolutely use Dyes for future needs!

        The team at Dyes spent all the time necessary to make sure our washing machine was fixed, including multiple parts and visits, and that we were satisfied with the repairs.

        Next day service a plus. Had noisy belt tensioner , and due to shoulder surgery, it was something I couldn't do. Tech replaced the pulley And found a couple of bad rollers as well. Had us up and running in 45 minutes. We Had to connect our dryer door springs afterwards though. 2 days later the heating element went out, so we just decided to get new washer And dryer due to age.
