Worst place I ever lived at. It had bugs and mice. My car was shot up also this wasnt the first time a car was shot up

Honestly, as far as landlords and management- this has been the most flexible and supportive living environment I have found. I have been here for 3 years and will be moving out next month as I have finished college! Pepper and her team have been flexible with me, compassionate, and generated situations that allow me to feel more supported by Waldo Heights rather than them being a barrier. It is a cheaper apartment in a not so great area however I would say its safe in the complex! This is an amazing place for those who need cheap living or who are students! As long as you are respectful and communicative the Waldo heights Team will take care of you! (Ngl- all maintenance requests were taken care of that day! Thats rare!!!)

I lived here 2 years ended up getting evicted cause I was not going to finish paying rent this place was INFESTED with roaches we had a google fiber box and they were pouring out of the box the were all in the kitchen and climbing the walls all times of the day also the mice are SO bad they are everywhere my dog killed a million of them over the 2 years we were there mouse dropping all in the kitchen drawers and all in the kitchen under our bed in our closets and under our beds in the bathroom walls u can hear them at night its terrible and our neighbor ran outside saying her mom had a roach crawl in her ear its awful seriously stay away I should have listened to the reviews before I came here in the first place so listen to me dont walk RUN away from this trash of a apartment RUN
