Almost been here for a year now and love it! I have a big dog and its super dog friendly and I feel safe living here, which is huge being a young woman living downtown. Front office staff are awesome and always helpful. Same with maintenance. The elevators are down quite a bit but I dont think that warrants a star being removed and it seems like most of the time its out of maintenances control, but I think its something to be considered if youre not able bodied for stairs every once in a while. Overall Im really glad I chose to live here. Great location and perfect walking area. Its quiet all times of day and great view of the city from my window!

I've been living in the river market for over a year now and Unity Lofts has been a dream management company. The staff on hand, including the maintenance crew are so helpful and so responsive. If we have any issues, maintenance is typically at our place the same day and resolves the issue promptly. The building is always kept very clean and during the winters they consistently put out salt to minimize the ice. They do a great job of hosting community events in the shared space and try to foster a great environment. We have had nothing but a great experience living here and would recommend it to any friends and family!

We absolutely loved out time at Unity! We already miss it so much but had to leave due to relocation/jobs! The office does a amazing job of not only providing support but being good people in general They were always so kind to us & our fur babies. The finishes are so nice especially if you look at the other remolded buildings in River Market. . The only down side/suggestion. GET the property parking. We had 1 car stolen three times & our other car broken into twice. We even parked in the covered garage behind the building for more security and it still didnt stop them! The car theift/vandalism in KC has risen insanely overall but definitely something to think about depending on what sort of vehicle you drive. Other than Unity @ Richards & Conover are so amazing, good community, safe feel. 10/10 we miss it so much!
