        I lived here for two years and would have stayed longer if my circumstances did not require a move. This was the most spacious studio have found in KC and it was the perfect home for me as I finished my degree and started my career. Incredible closet/storage space! My leasing agent, Heather, was remarkable!! She is extremely attentive, personable, available and made my experience at Cambria all the better!

        We were told a few weeks ago that the office in our apartment building would be staffed daily. With this, the packages would no longer be stored in the secured office. There is no one in the office! Our packages are placed in the open common area for anyone to take and there is no organization of them. Also, you cannot have dry cleaning pickup and return services unless you carry it over to the sister complex office which is fully staffed. While we have great views and great apartments, we have no customer services available to us. Very disappointing for the prices we pay to live here. I keep hearing from those that have been here longer than me, we are the "step child". I'm starting to believe it. Thanks,

        Cambria Luxury Rentals (CLR) is AMAZING. I lived here for two years and wouldve stayed many more if I didnt move states. I have nothing but positive things to say from my experience living here. The staff at CLR incredible - specifically Heather in the leasing office. Heather always has a smile on her face and gives tenants a warm welcome and goodbye whenever we cross paths. She also responds in a timely fashion to all emails and effectively communicates with tenants so we are up-to-date on all maintenance, community events, and pertinent information. Heather frequently coordinates fun events for tenants to mingle and share drinks or food. She genuinely cares about the tenants experience at CLR and it shows!
