        The maintenance is awful disrespectful I've lived there longer then he's .Own the place and since our landlord I've been threatened to have light and water shut-off I was given fake evictions because I said I wasn't - paying rent until my oven was replaced because I was told mine needed replaced a new a year and a half earlier. That's just my experience at the Avalon .But my experience was down right awful and I wouldn't. Waste any money reating did I mention I had bed bug infestion and cockroaches the entire sprayed one time and he did what he could sorry will see if it help if not I'll get exterminated never happen
