My partner and I considered relocating here for our move to the KS area. Danica gave us a wonderful tour of the facility and really took the time to give us an honest representation of life in this community. While it didn't fit all of our needs, we did strongly consider this property. We ultimately choose to go with a house in the suburbs simply due to space constraints. If we ever decide to give up house living, consolidate, and move downtown, One Light will be top of our list.

Danica was such a great help when deciding on a unit at One Light! She really went above and beyond. Front desk and maintenance are great as well. We love living here!

My experience at One Light has been amazing! The one problem that I had was handled swiftly by maintenance. They have a great team! Everyone is extremely friendly. Danica made my move in process seamless! Im sure the entire team is great however, I highly recommend contacting Danica if you have the slightest interest in One Light. The grocery store was a selling point for me.
