        I had to live in this place for a year because it was too expensive to buyout my lease. It was a horrible experience. ROACHES everywhere. No heat during the winter except for maybe 2-3 days out of the week. Not a safe building at all. Everything you read in the reviews are true, and the building is too old for mac properties to be able to do anything effectively. Don't move here.

        I was interested in living here or moving here due to the affordability but after reading the reviews I may have to look elsewhere. I can't do bugs AT ALL, especially roaches and bed bugs. Then it looks like management responds to all these reviews talking about how satisfying tenants is their top priority....if that were true then why has NOTHING changed?!?! Must be automated response lol

        It's probably filled with more roaches than people, should be condemned. Never live here, also someone got stabbed in the lobby while back because they have zero concern for resident safety. If you're stuck living here contact KC Tenants for help!

        If you love things being in disrepair and innatentivness to the needs of residents you've found the best apartment in Kansas City. They don't advertise this, but one of their best features is that they don't have water most mondays! But someone is looking into it for the 13th week in a row so don't stress about it.
