I had a scheduled showing and showed up 30 minutes before showing time. Front desk staff noticed the young lady that would be doing my showing. She had an attitude that I was earlier and told the front desk lady it is not time for her tour. This was my first impression of the staff and I was only there to tour. Whew if I was tenant I could only imagine how they are treated. I cancelled my tour. I guess it's better to know what you are walking into day 1 . So thank you.

Been here 2 years. Now and keep adding to this review. The week i moved in it smelled as though something died in my vent. I contacted the leasing office about it multiple times. Maintence came out once and sprayed some cleaner in the vent. There were no other attempts made to reconcile this. It still smells. The lock to the exterior door had been broken for weeks There was vomit on the floor in front of the stairs for weeks. I put in a maintence request it was not cleaned. a few days later, i asked someone who was actively cleaning the building if she could get it up. She told me someone else would. It stayed for another week. I had to go into the office and talk to someone at the front desk to get someone to clean it. There are still streaks of vomit on the door. This was months ago. The air conditioning was not working. I was told by office staff it would be working at full capacity in a week and that i should go buy my own window unit and return it when the air is working. Apparently they dont have anymore in the office. They also told me that they werent expecting it to be 90 degrees in may. It is unbearably hot. I bought the window units and obviously they are not capable of cooling the whole apartment. I work long hours and i finally have gotten a few days off and i cannot enjoy time in my home because it is so hot. I cannot find a number to corporate. I will be reporting this to someone because this is inhumane. I have a pet That looks absolutely miserable and the heat is making my own health issues worse. Based on these other reviews i dont believe the air situation will be fixed next week. We had a week that our heat was not working in February and we had to buy space heaters. This is no where near being a gated community. The gate is up a lot or doesnt open from the inside which is a safety issue. My washer and dryer have given me issues since i have moved in. I have figured out how to make them work. They do not function as they should and if these little tricks I have figured out stop working then I am not sure what to do from there. There was a wasp nest some where near my apartment and they got in through a window in my bedroom. One of the screens did not fit properly and fell in so i had to remove it. I have had to kill 7 wasps in my home. The gym was out of commission up until a few months ago. The tennis court is raggedy, the nets dont sit upright. The business office is non existent I was told to go to the library to print. My car port is terrible. It is next to a trash can and the pavement is terribly uneven. Precipitation and mud accumulates heavily. I also have to scare off raccoons often to get to my car. The raccoon smell has been a permanent fixture in my apartment. 1 year update The smell was raccoon fleeces and i can still faintly smell it I have black mold growing in the corners of my bathroom They did not bother cleaning the ice off the parking lot a couple weeks ago, it stayed there for a week until it melted. The ice was very thick. They are threatening to evict me because i spoke up for myself after being yelled at by staff. I hve never been yelled at for asking legit questions about my living conditions. I was late on my rent due to life changes and was told to move out if I couldnt pay on time. I was harassed by Maria about it even though the lease simply says there will be a late fee assessed for late rent payment. I have paid all of my rent, just late a few months and was automatically harassed. The hallways are filthy the doors are filthy. The hallway smells musty and the floors feel like theyre going to cave in when you walk on them.
