        Overall the apartments are nice. Construction is ongoing and intermittent. It doesnt seem to be in any sort of hurry. Parking spaces are being taken up by equipment. There are nails and construction scraps everywhere, both in the parking lots and on sidewalks/grass. The stairs up to the apartments are rusted and feel like they might fall out from under you on any given day. Maintenance also doesnt ever seem to be in any sort of a hurry to respond to requests. Amenities are nice and clean. The office is always having some sort of contest or giveaway which is nice. Apartments are nice, spacious. Oh, and because of the location there is a continuous smell of cow manure throughout the complex.
