I was looking for an escape from the taint of the very unpleasant dealings with the contacts at H&R Block, specifically 2 that represented they were part of the H&R Block legal team (????). I have serious questions as to their legal acumen!I saw this service/tax provider and it appears to have precisely the professionalism and quality service credentials that H&R IMO lacks. I was very impressed to see the services they offer and the chance to deal with a quality organization. It is a relief to deal once again with what looks to be a quality firm. Support your local C.P.A. tax preparer!

Frank is a godsend.  I don't know what we would do without him.  He's patient, kind, brilliant, trustworthy and savvy.  We're so lucky we found him.  I can't recommend him highly enough.   Thank you for helping us when we needed it the most!

Frank Waszak, EA prepared my 2010 taxes. He was able to meet with me the same day I called. I brought in all my tax documents (ROTH IRAs, Mutual Funds, Student Loans, etc...) and in a couple days, it was complete. He answered all my questions, followed-up when he had questions and got me a great return. For not knowing Frank and taking a chance, he did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone in the KC area!
