I love this place. The clothes & the jewelry are amazing. The ladies that work there are so nice. One time when I was there.. it was just one of those days and apparently it showed. When I got home, there was a wrapped bracelet from the lady and a note just reminding me that bad days don't last. It was very thoughtful.

Tried to return a gift I received on Oct. 6 with a gift receipt. The sales associate called what I assume was a manager who advised the associate that they shouldnt accept the return because the gift-giver bought it a month prior and it fell outside the 14-day return window. This is unreasonably short for a gift receipt, especially when you dont know when the giver bought the gift. Dont buy gifts here if you think theres a chance the recipient might want to return.
