These guys have pulled off multiple miracles for me and my customers. Im talking deadheading across state lines in the middle of the night - in a blizzard - to repower and save a critical shipment for us. Thats just one real example among many. The communication and accountability are top tier. If theres an issue with a shipment, they update us proactively not just with the truth but also with solutions. My team has run hundreds of shipments with PBJ. Our first shipments with them were pricey emergency loads but as their reliability became apparent, we wound up partnering with them on consistent freight. They made an effort to find rates that both worked for us and reflected their service level and the value we received in terms of service and results has been unmatched. They are not cheap, but they are fair and worth the extra money. I never stressed about a PBJ shipment and to me, that was worth it. I knew if PBJ got it, its getting there.

Have worked with Patrick, Hugo, and Will at PBJ Express INC. on many frozen loads, ranging from one and one, to multi-pick and drop loads. We have been pleased with the level of professionalism and service they provide and continue to work with them today.
