Wayland at the Joplin Missouri location was kind enough to open on memorial Day so I could get a truck for our family move. Would definitely recommend and we'll use the store again

A perfect place. These fine people specially came on Sunday to fix our truck in their day off as a necessary spare part arrived Sunday morning. They are the best Penske service we ever found.

Came here Friday afternoon crossing my fingers that they had a 16' truck available to use just for the day in town. Was comparing u-haul and penske the night prior online, we used u-haul before so we went there first to try and rent the 15' for the day but they were completely out of every size. Soo, I said Penske it is! We pulled up and the female helping complete and give the paperwork was nice and very softspoken. The only downside and the ONLY reason I left off a star is they do charge a $150 security deposit on top of your truck and estimated mileage. That was a bummer but they said we will get it back once we return the truck which I understand the reasoning for, but no one likes paying for security deposits. The truck was very clean and much more updated than u-hauls trucks. My partner drove it and said it drives much smoother as well. We will use Penske again in the future.
