GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!! John Cotton (and I mean John Cotton, not some guy that works for a company named John Cotton) did it ALL. Damage assessment. DONE Quote for insurance. DONE Ordering of all products. DONE Removal old roof/gutters. DONE Replaced old/damaged decking. DONE Installed new roof and gutters. DONE Hired subcontractors for interior work. DONE Hauled away EVERYTHING. DONE. the only thing I had to do was pay him. And even that was reasonable. Especially considering the service that I received. Heck. His guys even moved my wifes car out of the garage for her so she didnt get blocked in by all of their equipment/gear. John Cotton has been roofing in Joplin for +25 years. Same name. Same company. Not guy thats has +25 years experience with 10 different company names. John Cotton. John Cotton Roofing. nuff said.

Kenny is the best. I requested a quote in the am and he was on his 25 mile way to me in the afternoon. Very professional kind people who care us customers. I have been taken advantage so many times since I bought this house and worried for days if I would get quality. My worry was a complete waste of my time.
