DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! I cannot stress this enough, we built a home recently and they're all nice and super helpful until you pay them they treat you like their dog. Multiple complaints about the home with the drinks build quality and it's always "we'll do this and this" but they never do!!!! Biggest rats on the market all they care for is making a deal and how it benefits them.

This office represents the biggest bunch of loosers I have ever encountered in my career in real-estate, they all have zero integrity, do not back what they say in any way, and will throw the client under the bus at every turn, charge over priced fees and do nothing to earn it.  Stay far far away from all aspects of this complete con job of an organization.  Please reach out to me directly if you would like specific examples of the corrupt behavior in the organization, or even google them, see what other litigation they have been party too given the shady practices that are the stock and trade of this group before doing business.

Rented a house from them for a year on Sergeant Ave. Paid ahead for rent multiple times, never late. Can't get my deposit back after Jay Gibby told me I didn't give them a notice (I did). I'm in the process of writing an official letter of complaint. The house had mice, ants, and the cricket grasshoppers. Do not rent from them.
