We took my sister's cat to be spayed . The staff was friendly and efficient. We picked her up at the appointed time with no hassle. A great visit and the end results we wanted, a happy cat and NO kittens !

This place may seem very friendly and humble like they care about the animals. But when it comes to the people its not the case. I am an African American male and I came to visited a dog name jack for a week straight. They were very rude when it came to the application process and wanted to make sure that I wasnt lying about the address. I asked for this dog to be placed on a hold and mind you they have seen my face at least 3 times by this point and they told me they would until I came back the next day with my fianc to help with it. The whole demeanor changed when I walked after her. They became rude more closed off etc, they gave away the dog I put a hold on before the 24hrs even ended or like they never even put one in for me. But The craziest part about it, is that they gave it to an all white family the same day I left. Mind you I work at a hospital and make good money and have a home. But just because they didnt feel like my application was right on there standards and needed real Id I couldnt get it. My friends M and Z came in and used someone elses address for the dog and they just wanted verbal confirmation it was okay but for me they needed to do a whole background check. Also keep in mind I tried getting a family member to get the application process for me but they wanted her in person. When I explained to them that that family member has cancer and lives in St.Louis (5 hours away) they said I was just kinda outta luck unless she can come down. My fianc has cried for over an hour, so morally of the story Do not come here if youre any type of mixed race or person of color.
