Ms. Jenkins,I want to apologize that you were displeased with the mailer we sent. The picture of your home is public data, available on Google street view. We take customer privacy very seriously and would never use any information that isn’t widely available publicly. I will place you on our do not mail list so you receive no further mailers from us. I never meant to cause you distress. We are a small family owned agency (as you can see by the family photo on the mailer) and several customers thought the photo of their home, available on google street view, made the mailers more personal. We are not desperate, we care for each of our customers like family and work hard to meet their needs on a daily basis.
