        They refused to cover damage caused by an uninsured motorist even though our policy states it will and we were told over the phone by multiple reps it would be, we even have it listed on our card. Now on our other vehicle they removed our road side assistance themselves, we had to add it back on and now theyre saying they noted the account so we cant use it to have the vehicle towed to a shop. Dropping them isnt enough, they should be investigated.
