We called them and they came in like angels to help us. It was so wonderful. Our nurse Courtney was the absolute best! I cant say enough nice things about her. She not only took care of me, but helped educate us and then went on to help advocate for us with our health care team. She did 100 times more than we expected. Worth every penny. If you need help at home, this is the place to call. They will listen to you, have compassion and work with you to make your life better. Its a beautiful thing. Thank you Phoenix. Thank you Courtney.

Not dependable, does not show up when they say they will and does not give you a courtesy call to let you know they won't be there. The experience we have had with them with my 97 year old grandfather is anything but acceptable! Will NEVER refer them to anyone!

Awhile back I was looking for a job that would help others and make me feel good about be a person. I FOUND THAT JOB WITH PHOENIX HOME CARE & HOSPISE .A GREAT PLACE TO WORK .THE MANAGMENT STANDS BEHIND YOU ALL THE WAY .I LOVE THEM ALL WE ARE A GREAT TEAM .

I have worked for Phoenix for 12 years and can say I have loved every year I've spent working here and always felt appreciated by the company. My family and I recently experienced how awesome our Hospice crew here in the Joplin office is and would like to thank them for the wonderful care they took of my mother in law in her final days. There really is no one better than Phoenix for home care from birth to death.
