We were told when we bought our motorcycle that if we had a problem, they would pickup the bike and find out what the problem is for free. We paid for the extra warranty and other extra stuff. Now they quit doing that without any notice to us. Thats false advertisement

Great place love the hideout team. Only complaint is no one answers the phone. Which is super aggravating Been like this for months I live to far out to just pop in to check in on updates as to when my bike will be fixed. But other than that everything is great
