This is one of the truly finest run companies in the area - great prices, excellent service and always on point with advice regarding doors, openers, and equipment. I needed TWO matching doors with openers for my 1950 mid-century home in north Joplin and Overhead Door did not disappoint! I was so happy with the price and speed of installation (two days after I called), that I scheduled them again a month later for one of my rental properties. They show up when scheduled, they bring everything necessary to complete the job, and I can pay for the finished product on the spot. They are truly a fantastic partner and a pleasure to work with. On June 7th A salesman came out, gave me the information on a door. I gave him a check for half, he said the office would contact me with a date for installation. I haven't heard from anyone. I called the salesman 2 hrs ago, he said he would check and get back with a date. Haven't heard from anyone.

Well it took forever to get my order in, And there seem to be a communication problem, because every time I would call they didn't know what I was talking about. In the beginning they sent the sales rep to the wrong place I told them that it was rental property and I didn't live there. Well they sent them to my home at 25 291 South 603 road Grove Oklahoma. The order was for 515 popular in Carthage Missouri And I told them exactly that.

Got service the same day. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough and didnt oversell. The the keypad that he installed was, in my opinion, rather expensive but it was exactly what I needed. I have already recommended your company to a neighbor.
