Terry was a great salesman, highly recommended. I came in for a Flexsteel lift chair after looking at Laz boy lift chair. He was very knowledgeable and answered many questions about the quality of the brand. I'm in love with this chair!!!!! Thanks for your help!

These folks have the best customer service. Their products are great and if there's something missing they get right on it and you have it within a week. They need to give customer care classes to other businesses. Thank you for being so wonderful

Suppose to be open but lights are off and door is locked. EDIT: I was informed by Steve Head, who is in charge of advertising, over a Facebook message that the location had shut down early that day. Apparently they posted that on their Facebook page and Mr. Head felt that should have been enough of an annoucement. However I don't use Facebook as a way to plan what businesses I will be visiting so I had no way of knowing they had closed early as their website indicated they would be open. I would advise that in the future, they at the very least post a notice on the door of the business so that customers don't hang around outside the business hoping that they are just on break, as that is what I did. Mr.Head asked that I remove my review, but due to the lack of notice at the location I will be leaving this review along with this information.
