When I was a teenager, my grandpa gave me a knitting table he had built for my grandma. He would have been 26 at the time that he made it by hand, so Im even more impressed. Over time and multiple moves, it had fallen apart and was in a box in pieces. My husband had tried to fix it over the years with clamps and wood glue and advice from people who knew things about wood construction that he didnt, but nothing has ever worked. With help from Dewey Sheets@Furniture Rescue, he completely restored it and kept all of the original pieces. Its absolutely gorgeous!

I called the business June 10, 2020 for a furniture repair appointment. I purchased a beautiful expensive chair from Wayfair. When the chair was delivered both front legs were damaged. The lady I spoke with said the business was a little behind. She told me someone would contact me soon. She also ask me to text pictures of the damage. As of today I have not heard From anyone from the business concerning my request or if I will or will not be able to make an appointment. I am told this business does very good work. I am looking for someone of their caliber to make the repairs because this is a very expensive chair.

I have taken several of my family handed down antique furniture to be restored or repaired! They do great work and very friendly!
